Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and filter coffee accurately to support coffee bar operations.
• Prepare and serve kitchen food items including bakes, sandwiches, cakes, and salads to meet quality standards.
• Sell retail coffee products effectively to customers.
• Wash dishes promptly to maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Engage with customers using strong interpersonal skills to create a positive hospitality experience.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.

Job Summary

Join Rare Sip as a full-time or part-time team member to operate the coffee bar, prepare kitchen food, sell retail coffee, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent hospitality in a fast-paced coffee stand environment.
