Cowpresso Coffee Roasters in Singapore is seeking a friendly Barista to join our café team. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, filter coffee and other beverages, ensuring quality and presentation throughout busy periods. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge and teamwork.

We offer hands-on training, staff meals, and opportunities to learn about roasting, brewing and café operations. Weekend and holiday rosters apply as part of a casual, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Barista with 1 year minimum experience and latte art required.
• Friendly, positive attitude and good communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, matcha and other beverages.
• Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day.
• Perform basic latte art and ensure drinks are presented consistently.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/cashier system.
• Explain coffee beans, drinks and menu items to customers.
• Assist with simple food preparation and serving when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment and café.
• Restock ingredients, cups, milk and other café supplies.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Follow food hygiene and café SOPs.
• Work closely with the kitchen and café team during busy periods.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Barista to join our café team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, matcha and other café beverages

• Basic latte art skills are an advantage

• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
