CHUN K CULTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a friendly bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mix cocktails, and ensure consistent quality and presentation while delighting guests.

This 6-day work week features 10‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour break, meal provided, and an energetic, supportive environment at City Hall or Far East Square. Mentorship and training will be provided, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes.
• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation.
• Recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly.
• Monitor bar stock and restock as needed.
• Receive and check incoming stock.
• Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly.
• Work closely with service crew and KTV hosts to serve customers efficiently.
• Help in simple F&B serving tasks if needed.

1. Drink Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes
• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation
• Recommend beverages based on customer preferences

2. Customer Interaction

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor bar stock and restock as needed
• Receive and check incoming stock
• Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly
• Ensure bar counters are wiped down regularly

5. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with service crew and KTV hosts to serve customers efficiently
• Help in simple F&B serving tasks if needed

• 6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)
