Cotti Coffee Singapore is expanding and seeks passionate Baristas to join our growing team. You will prepare and serve a range of coffee with precision, deliver friendly service, and help create a welcoming in-store atmosphere.

Full training is provided, and weekend/public holiday shifts are available. We offer clear career progression, competitive compensation, and professional coffee training with team support.

• No prior experience required and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, following our established recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, with regular upkeep of equipment and utensils.
• Support inventory management and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
