Job summary

JPS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Barista to prepare and serve beverages with consistent quality in a busy café environment. You will handle orders, operate espresso machines, and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

You will maintain cleanliness and food safety, manage cash and payments, restock supplies, and work with the team to handle peak periods while upholding high service standards.

• Prepared and served coffee, tea, and other beverages while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Provided friendly and professional customer service by taking orders accurately and responding to customer requests.
• Operated espresso machines, coffee grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintained high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the café and work area.
• Managed cash and electronic payments accurately and responsibly.
• Restocked ingredients, beverages, packaging, and other supplies to support smooth daily operations.
• Followed company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and food and beverage handling standards.
• Assisted with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, preparing workstations, and checking stock levels.
