Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking a Barista to prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage bar mise en place, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, take and serve orders at the bar when needed, assist with stock checks and inventory tasks, and train junior baristas while supporting small activations or merch displays in a busy cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in coffee and hospitality.
• Cheerful, service-oriented attitude.
• Prior Barista/F/B experience preferred but not required; training provided.
