Qualifications

• Show self-motivation and maintain a positive working attitude.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure bar readiness and security.
• Execute bar operations by ordering supplies, preparing beverages, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Mix cocktails and house specialties and prepare coffee and other beverages to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Support the manager in daily bar operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct stock takes and maintain stock inventory accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall bar functions.
