Job summary

DALLAS BOAT QUAY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused bartender to manage bar service and support daily operations. You will open and close the bar, handle stock, take orders, mix cocktails and beverages, and assist teammates to maintain a smooth service flow.

Ideal candidates are proactive, friendly, with good English communication and a team-oriented attitude. 1–2 years’ F&B experience is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of the bar.
• Bar operations, including ordering, preparation and inventory.
• Mix cocktails / house specialties and prepare beverages including coffee etc.
• Assist other team players to ensure the sequence of service.
• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations.
• Assist in stock take and upkeep stock inventory.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
