EDITION Singapore is seeking guest-focused banquet staff to ensure flawless events at 38 Cuscaden Road, Singapore. You will welcome guests, help set up tables, and coordinate with departments to meet specifications, maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and supervisory exposure. You will train, supervise, and motivate team members while upholding Marriott's service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staff work together as a team and maintain grooming and attire standards.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to meet needs and special banquet arrangements.
• Set up banquet area/room and ensure cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment setup.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety policies, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
