MILLENNIUM & COPTHORNE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a Banquet Executive to support the F&B Manager/Director in administrative and operational tasks for all F&B departments.

You will monitor banquet stocks, coordinate promotions, organize documents, ensure SOP adherence, and assist in meetings with the F&B team and suppliers. Strong MS Office skills and 1–3 years in F&B operations are preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene policies or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor banquet operations stocks and inventories for F&B services.
• Transmit orders and decisions promptly to team members for promotions and initiatives.
• Organize and file F&B documents for quick access and reporting.
• Ensure service delivery standards align with SOPs and conduct audits.
• Assist in meetings and communications with the F&B Manager/Director and suppliers.
