Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior IT professional to develop and maintain EUC applications using Microsoft Access and Excel, and to design and support solutions with SSIS, SQL Server, PowerShell, and Windows Server technologies.

You will manage the full SDLC and lead a small team of engineers, acting as the main liaison between clients and the Bank’s IT Department. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in Banking IT or IT consulting, and excel in stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Banking IT or an IT consulting environment.
• Hands-on development experience in at least one programming language; proficiency in Access VBA, .NET, and C# is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, and Windows Server-based database solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable to highly regulated banking environments with strict governance and policies.
• Strong business English proficiency, including documentation and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain End-User Computing (EUC) applications using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Design, enhance, and support solutions leveraging SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, SQL Server, and Windows Server technologies.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Bank’s IT Department.
