Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive Murex-based solutions across Treasury, Risk and Finance for a leading bank in Asia. The role involves scoping, design, and delivering requirements from front to back office, aligning with program milestones.

You will lead requirement workshops, prepare user stories, and work with testing teams to ensure coverage and defect resolution. The candidate should bring 9+ years of business analysis experience, strong knowledge of Murex,

Qualifications

• 9+ years of business analysis experience in financial domains.
• Exposure to Murex Collateral and BO processing.
• Exposure to Initial Margin and Variation Margin calculations and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the proposed Murex solution.
• Manage requirements from Operations, Treasury, Risk and Finance stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and sessions; prepare requirement specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with test teams to review test cases and defects; provide Murex configuration guidance.
• Support solution design, gap analysis for Murex implementations/upgrades.
• Analyze margin calls, dispute management, collateral substitutions and optimization processes.
• Coordinate defect management and issue resolution.
