Job summary

Peoplebank Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Banking Operations Project Analyst to support a 9-month migration project. The role covers project implementation, operational readiness, system testing and validation across Core Operations functions.

You will coordinate activities, collaborate with tech teams, conduct UAT and regression testing, and assist SMEs to validate complex scenarios while supporting BAU tasks. Applicants with 1–3 years in banking ops and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, financial services or operations support.
• Exposure to UAT, system testing, regression testing or banking-related projects will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Jira and Zephyr will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery and implementation of the project.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution, quality deliverables and operational readiness.
• Work closely with technology and development teams to resolve technical issues and support system integration activities.
• Perform and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing and end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and minimise operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and validate complex operational scenarios while providing support for Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities.
• Review and update operational procedures and process documentation to reflect changes arising from Project.
• Support the review and validation of transaction processing, payment operations, accounting entries, regulatory reporting and operational workflows where applicable.

Banking Operations Project Analyst (9-Month Contract)

Location: East Region

Job Purpose

Support a migration project, an initiative involving the migration of the systems. The role will support project implementation, operational readiness, system testing and business process validation across various Core Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery and implementation of the project.
