Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to support end-to-end project delivery across multiple Core Operations functions.

You will coordinate activities, engage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enable system changes and process improvements. The role involves managing UAT and end-to-end testing, validating regulatory reporting, and partnering with technology teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate start or short notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery across Core Operations functions.
• Coordinate activities, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee UAT, end-to-end testing and regression testing for system functionality and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with technology teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure integration.
• Conduct impact assessments and support review of reports, accounting, payment workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Support SMEs in validating complex scenarios and maintaining BAU continuity.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and operational readiness across multiple Core Operations functions, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
• Coordinateproject activities, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to facilitate system changes, process enhancements, and business requirements.
• Manage and oversee UAT, end-to-end testing, and regression testing to validate system functionality, transaction processing, regulatory reporting, and operational controls.
• Partner with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, validate system configurations, and ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct impact assessments and support the review and segregation of operational reports, accounting processes, payment workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business SMEs in validating complex scenarios, maintaining BAU continuity, and updating process documentation to reflect project changes.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
