Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end project plans and migrations. You will help execute migration activities, perform checks, and ensure data integrity for client accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields, is self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.
• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.
