Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to KYC processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform client and entity name screening during onboarding using screening tools.
• Review screening results for adverse media, PEPs, sanctions, and other risks.
• Conduct efficient research to distinguish genuine risks from false positives.
• Escalate KYC deficiencies or red flags to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records and update client data in internal systems.
• Provide admin and operational support and contribute to process improvements.
