Job summary

Tangspac Search is seeking a Banking & Finance Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing recruitment team in Singapore. You will focus on candidate delivery, sourcing, screening, market mapping, and supporting end-to-end recruitment mandates for banking and financial services clients.

Working closely with senior consultants and account owners, you will identify, engage, and manage quality candidates across permanent, contract, and staff augmentation assignments, ensuring a superior

Qualifications

• CEI Certified is required.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, research, resourcing, banking operations, financial services, or client-facing delivery is preferred.
• Strong interest in banking and financial services recruitment and market knowledge growth.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for banking and financial services roles across front, middle, and back office functions.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline across risk, compliance, AML/KYC, audit, finance, operations, and asset management.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess experience, motivations, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Prepare candidate shortlists, profiles, and submission notes for consultants and clients.
• Brief candidates on role requirements, client expectations, interview processes, and opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage follow-ups, and support offers through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, search activity, and market intelligence in the recruitment database.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to support assignments and business development.
• Develop long-term candidate relationships and strengthen Tangspac’s reputation as a specialist partner.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
