Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain regular business performance reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key business metrics, customer trends, portfolio performance, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement indicators.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense and translate analytical findings into intuitive visualizations.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner to drive decisions.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SAS; ensure data quality and support ad-hoc analyses.
