Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Integration Lead / API Developer – Banking to own end-to-end delivery, architecture, and operations across retail and corporate banking domains.

You will design and implement scalable enterprise systems, configure deployment pipelines, perform testing and debugging, and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with cross-functional squads and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering and delivery in banking.
• Strong enterprise tooling and modern frameworks experience.
• Proven SDLC delivery and architectural design skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery and system architecture.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy scalable banking solutions.
• Configure deployment pipelines and analytic dashboards.
• Perform rigorous unit/integration testing and debugging.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data architects, and analysts.
• Maintain architecture blueprints and API specifications.
