Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Qlik Developer - Banking to lead end-to-end technical delivery, architecture design, and operations for retail and corporate banking domains in Singapore.

You will architect scalable solutions, configure deployment pipelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering and technical delivery experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong technical proficiency with modern frameworks, tools, and enterprise technologies.
• Proven background in enterprise solution delivery, system configuration, and SDLC best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent technical communication.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust enterprise systems and digital solutions tailored for banking clients.
• Spearhead technical implementation, architecture planning, and performance optimization across core operational domains.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data architects, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain high-availability environments, deployment pipelines, or analytical models.
• Execute rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and automated test execution to guarantee software quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects, performance bottlenecks, and concurrency issues in production.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture blueprints, API specifications, and runbooks.
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, data privacy regulations, and monetary authority guidelines in Singapore.
• Participate in agile sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and architectural review board sessions.
• Coordinate project deliverables and technical roadmaps with cross-functional delivery squads.
