Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Bank Teller for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will manage walk-in customers and handle over-the-counter cash deposits and withdrawals with accuracy, supporting daily banking operations.

The role requires customer-service focus, the ability to promote banking products, and adherence to service standards to achieve total customer satisfaction. Working hours are Mon-Fri plus a half Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Hand over -the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately.
• Assist in customers enquires and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Prospect banking products and services to customers.

Salary Range: Up to $3,300 + monthly allowance
