• Facilitate customers and staff campaigns in conjunction with the Product Manager.
• Track campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis.
• Conduct user acceptance tests and develop test cases.
• Automate manual reporting using Macro / VBA.
• Handle other admin/projects as assigned.
