Job summary

FOUR LEAVES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to support daily bread and pastry production. No experience required as training will be provided, and you will join a fast-paced team in a central kitchen near Jurong area.

You will handle shift work from 3am-12pm, 4am-1pm or 5am-2pm with OT as needed, 4 days on, 1 day off including weekends and PH. Benefits include annual and medical leaves, AWS/VB, salary review, and shift allowances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and bakery production activities, including bread packing.
• Assist the bakery team in various production areas, including Danish pastries, mixing, sandwich preparation, cake decoration and cake mixing.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preparation in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and audit standards.
• Comply with relevant Food Code of Practice and food hygiene standards.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily production.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
