Job summary

NGT CONFECTIONERY 2 is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor for our bakery outlets in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, supervise and train staff, and ensure top-notch customer service and product presentation. The role requires strong leadership, shift flexibility, and a focus on safety and hygiene to maintain consistent quality.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail, bakery or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Good leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bakery retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise, train and manage retail staff, including duty rostering and task allocation.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and feedback.
Monitor product displays, stock levels, replenishment and inventory control.
Manage cashier operations, daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation.
Maintain store cleanliness, food hygiene and compliance with safety regulations.
Minimise product wastage and ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
Assist management in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
