Job summary

Dough & Grain in Singapore is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our growing team as customer-focused staff. You will welcome customers, assist with product enquiries, take orders and process payments, while helping maintain appealing bakery displays.

No prior bakery experience is required as training will be provided; experience in F&B, bakery, café, retail or customer service is a plus. Shift work including weekends and public holidays is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No formal bakery experience required; training provided.
• Experience in F&B, bakery, café, retail or customer service is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide recommendations.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean, neat display of breads and pastries.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions.
• Support stock, inventory checks and daily outlet operations.
