The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring F&B / Bakery Retail Service Crew to support multiple locations across Singapore. The role involves friendly customer service, taking orders, operating the POS, and maintaining standards in hygiene and presentation.

Working days are alternating 5-6 days per week with 8-hour shifts. Gross monthly salary ranges from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,500, plus OT and allowances, with additional bakery and F&B duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or bakery service preferred.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service and respond to enquiries about products, prices and promotions
• Support daily operations and follow company SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and product quality standards
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Welcome and seat customers
• Take orders and serve food and drinks
• Set up and replenish cutlery, plates and table items
• Clear, clean and reset tables
• Operate the POS system and handle payments, promotions, refunds and transaction records
• Perform opening, closing and cash-handling procedures
• Prepare, pack and replenish bread and other products
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and product ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of display counters, trays and tongs
• Assist with cake reservations, orders, packing and delivery arrangements
