Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd is hiring a full-time Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations in Singapore. You will greet customers, take orders, handle inquiries, and process cash transactions while ensuring display standards and product expiry compliance.

Qualifications

• No experience required as training will be provided.
• Willing to work 6 days (including weekends and public holidays).
• Pleasant personality and good work ethics are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at all times (greet customers, suggestive sell, take orders, handle enquiries).
• Handle cash payments.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Outlet Supervisor.
• Tally physical stock quantities against delivery orders.
• Fax outlet orders to factory on time.
• Tally daily cash settlement with Outlet Supervisor.
• Ensure breads/cakes are displayed properly and within expiry dates.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
