Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a frontline Retail Associate for locations across Singapore. You will operate the POS, process transactions, handle refunds, and support staff meals while maintaining cleanup and display standards.

You will assist customers, promote products, and ensure accurate cash procedures. Working six days a week with rotating shifts, comprehensive training and opportunities for progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or F&B is preferred.
• Proven ability to handle cash with accuracy.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS for promotions, discounts, refunds, and staff meals.
• Perform opening/closing and cash-handling procedures.
• Pack bread and other products according to SOP.
• Replenish products from kitchen to counters and front.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and promos.
• Recommend products and encourage add-ons.
