This hands-on role blends baking with daily bakery operations, including producing goods, maintaining quality, handling orders, and ensuring timely packing and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, capable of working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Shift work is required, including evenings and nights, with a 5.5-day work week and bakery

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years baking experience, preferably with bread or bakery production.
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is required.
• Comfortable following recipes and detailed production procedures.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare a range of products according to recipes and schedules.
• Manage customer orders, prep ingredients, and coordinate delivery-ready production.
• Pack and dispatch orders, label accurately, and coordinate with delivery partners.
• Support daily bakery operations including inventory and cleanliness.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen.
