Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of bakery culinary experience and be comfortable working in rotating shifts. You will be involved in various tasks including preparation, mixing, shaping, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience of bakery culinary.
• Ability to perform rotating shifts (44 hrs 6 days - Day and night shift).

Responsibilities

• Oversee central kitchen bakery team.
• Production planning and employee scheduling.
• Advance preparation, weighing is done accurately.
• Understanding the characteristics of each dough and troubleshooting.
• Understanding and following the baking procedure and process.
• Understanding and following correct cleaning procedures.
