Job summary

OCD HANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a bakery assistant to support the pastry team in daily production at our Singapore facility. The role focuses on precise pastry preparation, consistent recipe execution, and strict hygiene practices in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a strong passion for baking, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Food hygiene certification is a plus and may be advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the bakery team in the preparation of pastry.
• Execute and maintain consistent recipes and presentation.
• Follow proper handling and right temperature of food products.
• Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Maintain workstations clean and tidy with proper hygiene.
• Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards.
• Any other duties assigned by the manager.
