Newbridge Alliance Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Backend Technical Lead in Singapore to own the backend vision for a large-scale, connected platform.

You will drive architecture, end-to-end delivery, and operational maturity, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure to build resilient systems. You will champion best practices, scale event-driven workflows for real-time operations, and mentor engineers across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang building production-grade systems.
• Experience with scalable REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Deep SQL expertise with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
• Experience with event streaming systems like Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (AWS/Azure), Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience debugging and operating production systems at scale.
• Mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve backend architecture and technical roadmap for a distributed platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of backend services from design to production ownership.
• Build for high availability, performance, and security.
• Champion engineering best practices through design reviews and code quality.
