Job summary

You will drive architecture, code reviews, and hands-on problem solving for high-concurrency systems. You must guide the team’s growth, manage scope and schedules, and promote async collaboration while working with product and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in backend engineering with strong architecture and design
• 3+ years leading teams of 10+ people
• Experience shipping high-concurrency distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Own overall architecture and technology choices for backend systems
• Lead design reviews and hands-on coding for critical modules
• Drive technical debt reduction and AI tooling adoption across the team
• Manage delivery end-to-end across multiple locations and async collaboration
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and guide career growth for team members
