Job summary

Klook is seeking current students graduating in 2027 to join our engineering team in Singapore for a hands-on software development role using AI-assisted tools. Under a mentor, you will analyze requirements, design solutions, implement modules, test, and help deploy features.

Collaborate with Product, QA and operations, communicate progress, and uphold data security and code quality. A 3-month commitment from Dec 2026 to Feb 2027 is required, with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Current students graduating in 2027 (Bachelor's degree or above). A minimum 3-month commitment from Dec 2026 to Feb 2027; extensions are welcome.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to complete software engineering tasks, with the ability to effectively break down complex tasks and independently evaluate and validate the quality of AI-generated code.
• Strong learning agility and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take responsibility for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a mentor, participate in requirements analysis and technical solution design for assigned product areas, and drive solutions through to implementation. Take ownership of module development, testing, deployment, and post-launch troubleshooting, with accountability for code quality and delivery outcomes.
• Manage project tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring smooth delivery throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, proactively communicating progress, identifying and escalating risks, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly in accordance with data security requirements and engineering standards. Independently validate the correctness, security, and reliability of AI-generated code, while continuously improving development efficiency and code quality.
