Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in West Region is seeking a Sales Executive to develop new business and grow sales across assigned accounts.

You will manage existing relationships, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals while coordinating with operations for smooth order execution. The role requires a minimum diploma in business or engineering, at least 2 years in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in industrial products or engineering solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within assigned industries and accounts.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer feedback and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
