Job summary

Fever is seeking a Commercial / Sales Associate for the launch of our newest immersive experience in Singapore. You will drive B2B sales for Fever Originals, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, coordinating group visits and private events, and supporting reporting and analytics.

We value a proactive, customer-focused mindset, strong English and Mandarin communication, and prior experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Mandarin Chinese language ability is essential.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities for Fever Originals in Southeast Asia.
• Handle customer calls and emails from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations.
• Support reporting and analysis of customer feedback and KPIs.
