Job summary

Fever is seeking a part-time onsite Event Manager for Fever Originals experiences in and around Singapore. Flexible weekday hours for planning and event support, with most events on Fri–Sun evenings. You will be the main onsite contact, manage staff, oversee inventory, logistics, and guest lists, and report to project managers weekly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in event management, strong customer service, and familiarity with AV/PA systems. A driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of event management experience or relevant degree.
• Interest and passion for live experiences and organizing events.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience leading an on-site team.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of AV/PA systems is desirable.
• Laptop use is required on the role.
• Driver's license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main onsite contact for Fever events and staff.
• Manage staff roster and coordinate with staffing agencies.
• Ensure staff are trained for the experience.
• Transport supplies to venues; arrange alternatives if needed.
• Track inventory and venue supplies.
• Handle printing needs and guest lists for events.
• Deliver opening/closing remarks or public speaking as needed.
• Provide weekly status reports to Fever Originals Project Managers.
• Assist with venue walk-throughs when required.
• Potential to manage other Fever Original Events in future.
• Represent Fever brand through professional communication.
