• Experience in fragrance, flavours, ingredients, chemicals, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers.
• Understand customers’ business needs and recommend fragrance solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate projects from enquiry to commercialization.
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide timely customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Meet individual sales and BD targets.
