ALPS GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Acquisition Executive to build our distributor network across Singapore and regional markets. You will identify, approach, pitch, negotiate with and onboard new distributors who can grow our brands and products.

This is not a passive role; you will hear no often and must persistently pursue decisionmakers, manage the end-to-end acquisition process, and report weekly on pipeline, negotiations and wins.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of potential distributors, wholesalers, importers and trading companies.
• Proactively source prospects via cold calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, networking and trade shows.
• Research companies and identify the right decisionmakers.
• Make high-volume outbound approaches and secure meetings.
• Pitch brands, products and distribution opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and close new distributor accounts.
• Own the acquisition process from prospecting to onboarding and first order.
• Develop relationships with distributor owners and key decisionmakers.
• Track pipeline and provide weekly reporting on progress and outcomes.
• Explore new channels and territories for growth.
