Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, Singapore, is seeking a hands‑on Platform Engineer with practical AI literacy to build and scale an Azure‑based Digital Factory Platform. The role focuses on self‑service golden paths, IaC templates, and secured CI/CD pipelines for product teams.

You will implement policy and guardrails, enable secure deployment, and collaborate with product owners to deliver governed platform capabilities across environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Azure platform services and cloud governance.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code and automated provisioning.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD and GitOps pipelines with automated quality gates.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access engineering using Entra ID and RBAC.
• Practical AI literacy and experience with AI‑assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate Azure-based platform capabilities across environments.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code templates using Azure Bicep and Terraform.
• Create self‑service golden paths for provisioning and tooling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated build, test, release and rollback.
• Embed security, reliability and compliance controls into workflows.
• Harden AI applications with secure architecture, containerization and API mgmt.
• Manage identity and access controls with Entra ID and least‑privilege.
• Develop observability capabilities with Azure Monitor and dashboards.
• Support FinOps, cost awareness and show back reporting to product owners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure practical, governed platform capabilities.
