Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a hands-on Platform Engineer with practical AI literacy to build and scale the Digital Factory Platform on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on self-service, governance and automation-led foundations for product teams to move AI experiments to production.

You will work within Platform & Software Engineering to implement IaC, CI/CD, security guardrails and cost visibility, collaborating with product owners and security teams to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure design, build and operate in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery.
• Strong identity and access governance and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate Azure-based platform capabilities across environments.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code templates for consistent provisioning.
• Create self-service golden paths for product teams and deployment patterns.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, release and rollback.
• Embed security, reliability and compliance controls into workflows.
• Support AI-enabled applications with secure-by-default architecture.
• Manage identity, access and least-privilege governance.
• Develop observability and cost-tracking dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, security, finance and leadership teams.
