Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a hands‑on Platform Engineer to build and scale our Azure‑based Digital Factory Platform. The role focuses on governance, automation, and self‑service capabilities that help product teams move AI experiments to production safely and efficiently.

You will design and operate Azure platform services, create IaC templates, implement CI/CD, and embed security and compliance into workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with Azure in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong experience with Azure services and governance.
• Proficient in infrastructure‑as‑code and automation.
• Proven ability to design reusable platform patterns for product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate Azure‑based platform capabilities across environments.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code templates (Bicep, Terraform).
• Build self‑service golden paths for environment provisioning and tooling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and security checks across pipelines.
• Embed security and compliance controls into platform workflows.
• Support AI‑enabled apps with secure, observable MVPs.
• Develop identity and access controls and governance.
• Develop observability dashboards and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with product, security, audit, and finance stakeholders.
• Document patterns and operating procedures to improve adoption.
