Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated enterprise/cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and hybrid cloud operations.
• Proven leadership of infrastructure teams (5+ engineers).
• Experience with incident/change/service delivery in regulated settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to execute across multiple concurrent operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across Azure and hybrid environments, ensuring availability, security, and stability.
• Coordinate operational activities across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting tools (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash).
• Oversee Windows and Linux patching, hardening, monitoring, incident response, and problem management.
• Mentor and develop a team of infrastructure engineers, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for critical operational issues and maintain stakeholder updates.
• Manage operational risks and compliance requirements within a regulated environment.
• Provide regular metrics and performance updates to leadership.
