Job summary

MICROSOFT OPERATIONS PTE LTD is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for Azure mission-critical environments. You will guide reliability, security, and performance, lead complex incidents, and collaborate across regions to drive rapid resolution and long-term improvements.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong customer advocacy, and experience coordinating global teams in a follow-the-sun model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Experience coordinating Sev A / P1 incidents and driving incident resolution.
• Proven ability to advise on architecture, operations, and best practices per Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong telemetry, monitoring, logging, and RCA skills.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to optimize Azure workloads for reliability, security, and performance.
• Lead complex troubleshooting across infra, platform, and app layers during incidents.
• Facilitate RCA activities and define corrective actions to reduce future risk.
• Analyze telemetry and platform events to identify recurring risks and proactive remediations.
• Drive cross-region collaboration and coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
