Job summary

Wilson is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect in Singapore to lead the architecture, design and delivery of enterprise Azure and M365 solutions. You will govern landing zones, security posture, identity, and hybrid/SaaS integrations while driving DevOps, IaC and automation across the globe.

You will remain hands-on during implementation and troubleshooting, collaborating with business teams and partners to ensure resilient, scalable platforms aligned to Azure Well-Architected framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure/cloud/platform engineering.
• 4+ years hands-on Azure and M365 solution architecture, design and implementation.
• Strong enterprise-scale experience across cloud platforms, security and automation.

Job description

Our client, a global player in the critical infrastructure sector is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect within its global IT Infrastructure & Operations function. Reporting to the Global Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations, this is a hands-on architecture and delivery role responsible for shaping and governing the organisation’s enterprise Microsoft Azure and M365 environment, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise Azure and M365 solutions across cloud platforms, networking, identity, security, hybrid/SaaS integrations, Landing Zones and DevOps. You will act as a cloud design authority, translate business requirements into technical solutions, strengthen Zero Trust and cloud security, and drive automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and AI-enabled solutions. You will remain hands-on across implementation, troubleshooting and operational support while working closely with business teams, vendors and technology partners.

Requirements:

Over 10 years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering, including 4 years of hands-on Azure and M365 solution architecture, design and implementation. You should bring strong enterprise-scale experience across:

• Azure: Landing Zones, Hub & Spoke, compute, storage, PaaS and multi-tenant architecture
• Networking: VNets, peering, routing, private endpoints, WAF, firewalls and segmentation
• Identity & Security: Entra ID, PIM, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, Defender and Purview
• M365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and hybrid AD/Entra environments
• Automation & DevOps: PowerShell, Graph API, Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD and IaC
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, resiliency/DR, monitoring and cost optimisation
• Exposure to AI/Copilot integrations, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, Zscaler, CrowdStrike and OCI would be advantageous
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued: AZ-305, AZ-700, SC-100, SC-300 and/or MS-102
