Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud, platform engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of government policies and standards (IM8, Zero Trust).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure aligned with government policies and standards (IM8, Zero Trust).
• Oversee contractors managing cloud-hosted applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Enable and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure security, governance, and audit requirements are met.
• Conduct change management to support operations and governance compliance.
