Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd seeks a Technology Executive (Azure AD) to provide Singapore-based IT support, covering incident management, device provisioning, and application access across Salesforce, email, and other business systems. The role requires expertise in Azure AD, M365, and end-user computing, with emphasis on security and service quality.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT required.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce administration and Microsoft 365.
Strong ticketing and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Singapore-based IT support contact, handling incidents and service requests within SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printing issues across Windows and macOS.
Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding by provisioning accounts and configuring devices.
Oversee IT asset inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle management (laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices).
Create and maintain internal knowledge base documentation to promote self-service and improve efficiency.
Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA enrolment and security groups.
