Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with web protocols, common security attacks, and remediation.
• Knowledge of system, network and OS.
• Experience with coding/scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, or PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Respond to threat findings indicating unauthorized activity.
• Identify, evaluate and communicate security threats, risks and vulnerabilities; propose remediation.
• Contribute to security automation and posture improvements.
• Track and report on detective controls like GuardDuty and partner products.
• Develop processes and policies to increase security response effectiveness.
• On-call support, including weekends.
