Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking an AVP Software Engineer in Test to lead testing for Core Banking solutions and integrations. You will translate testing strategy into comprehensive test plans and scenarios, and develop automated testing capabilities including AI-powered test data generation.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate and execute testing across Core Banking solutions and integrations.
• Design, develop and maintain automated testing capabilities including AI-assisted test case generation.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, Selenium, Karate or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand testing strategy and translate it into test plans, scenarios and data patterns.
• Coordinate functional and non-functional testing across Core Banking apps and integrated systems.
• Prepare and maintain testing toolset including AI-driven test data generation and accelerators.
• Track progress and report testing metrics; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
