Job summary

DBS BANK LTD. is seeking a structured and analytical business manager to drive governance, performance management, and executive reporting across Group IBGO.

You will consolidate financial, workforce, scorecard, and strategic inputs to support timely decision-making. You will coordinate governance cadences, manage senior stakeholder requests, and translate complex information into concise updates for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, strategy, finance, performance management, COO office, or governance and reporting roles.
• Ability to prepare management materials and executive-level presentations.
• Experience coordinating governance cadences, senior stakeholder requests, and concise executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCM reporting governance across FTE, financials, targets, planned and actual saves.
• Prepare concise SCM performance updates for IBGO forums and liaise with Group Finance SCM.
• Coordinate scorecard governance and review sessions to drive accountability and timely follow-through.
• Ensure high-quality, timely performance materials and executive communications with strong data integrity.
• Engage with regional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and disciplined execution.
